About the EKO Preklady agency
Allow us to briefly introduce our dynamically developing translation agency, which was established in Prague at the beginning of 2002. In 2006, as the volume of jobs kept growing, the agency was incorporated into a limited liability company, EKO Preklady s.r.o.
The name of the company was not chosen accidentally, because in addition to providing general and specialized translation in various fields, we also offer highly specialized translations concerning ECOlogy, while maintaining low, i.e. ECOnomic prices, high quality services and an individual approach to our customers' needs.
The agency was founded by its current co-owner, whose long-term professional experience with translations and environmental activities was helpful when selecting external co-workers. We put high demands on them regarding translation accuracy and the correctness of grammar and terminology, as well as precise and in-time job processing.
Today
We are a stable medium-size agency; our sales over the last two years were close to 10 million CZK per year.
Quality check
Thanks to this and our two-stage quality check, the annual complaint rate is at an almost unbelievable level of only 0.48 %, and our quality management measures help to keep it on a slightly and constantly decreasing trajectory.
Technological equipment
We also pay great attention to the technical aspects of job processing. We use modern computer technologies, and this year we substantially innovated our computer fleet by purchasing new equipment and backup devices. Since June 2008, we have been connected to the Internet through a high-speed optical line.
Our translators
We currently collaborate with more than 320 time-tested translators and interpretors, specialized in various fields, whose professional skills and practical experience ensure the high quality and promptness of the services we provide. Regardless of its extent, every job is always assigned to a single translator, which guarantees that uniform terminology is used throughout the translation.
