| Surcharges and Extra Rates |
- Express overnight delivery + 80 % (order placed after 6 pm, delivery on the following morning, max. 8 SP)
- Delivery in 2, 4 and 8 hrs + 50 % (max. ca 1 - 4 SP, according to requested delivery term)
- Delivery in 12 hrs + 50 % (order in the morning, delivery in the evening, max. 6 SP)
- Delivery in 24 hrs + 30 % (max. 10 SP) – no surcharge up to 3 SP - see "Special Deals"!
- Processing of more than 6 SP per working day + 10 % and up, upon agreement.
We do not charge any extra rates for weekend work, unless the order is placed on Friday, and delivery requested on Monday. |
| Surcharges for a highly specialized content (e.g. scientific texts) and poor legibility of the source text will be determined individually upon agreement with the client. |

| Discounts and Lower Rates |
- Processing of more than 50 SP within one job - 5 %
- Processing of more than 100 SP within one job - 10 %
These bulk discounts are offered to returning clients (at least four jobs). |

| Price List Explanations |
| One standard page (SP) is defined as 1,800 characters (30 lines with 60 characters) |
| Calculation in MS Word: Tools – Word Count - Characters (incl. spaces) divided by 1,800 = number of SP |
| Final job volume (SP count to be invoiced) is always counted from the target, i.e. translated or proofread, text. |
